Cancellation and Refund:

  • Cancellations more than 30 days before the departure date or the tour start date: 100% refund of full payment (minus a 10% preparation fee).
  • Cancellations 15-30 days before the departure date or the tour start date: 50% refund of full payment (minus a 20% preparation fee).
  • Cancellations less than 15 days before the departure date or the tour start date: No refund (as the company will have already completed 100% of the preparations).
